Sometimes we get confused , wich theory should be followed?
Is diet according to Blood Type is the best? or Mayo Diet?
Better to follow Food Combining theory or Fully Vegan diet?

Subhanallah, in the end, we just eat what were served on our table and forgetting all theories. Then we felt guilty " Why i couldn't control myself desire?" :D

So how to pick the best diet type and how to start practising ?

Islam is the best and complete way of  life. Before people talked about various theories of healthy lifestyle. Allah Subhanahu Wataala have descended a guideline healthy living both physically and spiritually. Even finacially.

Let's make clear what is healthy means first.

Definition of "Healthy" in English, acording to Thesaurus.com is :

So it's clear, that a healthy state isn't about the body  only, rather it is about the complete and balace of  physic, mental-spiritual and financial satisfation.
And as Muslim, we already have all the needed guidelines. It is The Quran and The Hadeeth as our source of inspiration.

First about Food, we can read Quran capter Al Baqara , verse 168 :

"O Mankind, eat Halal (lawful) and Tayyib (good, healthy) of what is on earth. And do not follow the footsteps  of syaithaan (the Evil One). Verily he is to you an avowed enemy "

Second about Spritual life, we can refer to Quran, capter Al Israa, verse 32

"And do not get close to zina ( adultery) . Indeed, adultery is heinous act, and a evil way "

Third, about Financial rules, we can refer to Quran, capter Al-Baqarah, verse 275.
"Allah has permitted trading and forbidden usury. People who have an admonition from his Lord and stops eating (from taking usury), then for him what he has taken in advance (before coming ban); and affairs (up) to Allah. People who repeat (usury), such are the dwellers of Hell; they will abide therein. "

And so much more rules in Quran and Hadeeths wich were created to be guidelines of mankind life in this world, to get happy life both in here and hereafter.

So if you have faith to Allah, then no more doubts of following Allah's commands. Becouse, you believe that all his commands and forbids are for ourself happiness.

Maashaa Allah, Alhamdulillah for Islam.
